Practical PNI
I simplified PNI because I needed to understand the nature of PNI from the perspective of personal development, which lead to the business development aspects becoming visible due to the need for modality intergration, so the mind and body was not treated separately.
The mind heals the body and the body heals the mind, this can be viewed as entwinement.
We cannot treat the body without considering the mind, and vice versa. Aspects covering this entwinement is covered extensively and practically through the free course avaliable on the site.
After you have read the information, you have the option to check your understanding of PNI by taking the PNI Awareness test and attaining the learning certiifcate.
My main hope is that the information provided forms an informational relay and understanding of PNI and PNI becomes mainstream in terms of the scienfic credibility that underpins it's capacity to intergate effectively into other modalities, whilst empowering the capacity of each individual to self-induce-wellness.

We can empower people to play a larger part in their treatment plans, through effective relaxation that users the imagnation to promote self-care and self-awareness that algine with the reality of being well, and staying healthy.

Within the content on this site I have focused on the personal development life-enhancing aspects that are continuously evolving in science.
To avoid over-associating Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) with any specific illness or intervention technique, regardless of its success. Focus here is on not letting PNI be a figurehead of one intitution, as it is the science of wholeness. I would say it is the spirit of science, not to lose it's status but to highlight how the application of teh information is progressive in nature, and uplifting in effective application.
