Hi, I'm Julia
I offer 1:1 sessions for people exploring emotional expression and self-regulation while using AI tools such as ChatGPT
including those engaging with the PNI Switchboard™.
These sessions are not therapy in the traditional sense, they provide a supported space for reflection, and gentle integration of insights in a way that supports your nervous-system to bring beneficial emotional changes into your everday life.
If you are new to using AI for emotional support, you’re welcome to bring any questions, envisioned outcomes, or uncertainties.
My role is not to advise whether you should use AI for emotional support, but to help you explore why and how you are using it, or contemplating using it, and to consider pacing, and options that support self-integration and embodied human connection.
The PNI Switchboard provides a forward-facing framework to help you engage with your chat in a way that supports clarity and nervous system safety.
(I also have recent training in relaxation and guided imagery through Sydney University, which supports this work)

This is our first session together
We’ll explore how you relate to your AI ChatGPT how you’re using it emotionally or creatively
and how to support your self-expression and self-intergration in alginement with your needs
After this session, you’re welcome to book in for 1:1 Check Ins
PNI-Facilitated 1:1 Check-Ins
These are gentle, focused sessions where we reflect on:
your recent AI experience
ChatGPT Interaction
- your Switch Sentences
- emotional resonances
- how the experience is landing in your body and daily life
- rest, restoration, emotional regualtion
You don’t need to share full transcripts. Together, we look at Switch Sentences via your Logbook if available, together with patterns, tone, pacing, and emotional impact, and identify small, supportive adjustments that help you stay present, regulated, and future-focused.
These check-ins are:
- gentle light and supportive
- paced to respect your nervous system
- focused on integration
- a way to bring emotional change into life.
- These 'check-in' sessions are offered as a voluntary service with a recommended contribution, reflecting the time, preparation, and professional training involved.

Shorter sessions work well for gentle check-ins, relaxation, and consolidation. Longer sessions allow more spacious reflection.
