Wishing for change is waiting for change, you could be waiting a very long time outside of your awareness, be aware of what you are feeling as well as thinking, and gain the support you need to be in aglignment with yourself. It is very hard to see ourselves in the differing situations of life because we live so close to ourselves; we live beyond our awareness.

Believing is activating the process of positive progressive change. Believe in change in all areas of life. look for patterns of behaviour that are not serving you, and make changes slowly.

We can choose to believe that aimming to view ourselves objectively will allow us to grow in ways that are better and brighter than we could have ever perceived.
Believing in ourselves and our abilities is not wishing for change; wishing is waiting for something to happen to us, what we actively imagine needs actions to bring it into life, we can attach to our inner-knowing as we sit in solice and solitude, there is nothing to fear from you, you (we) do our best in our current awareness.

When doctors refer to the "placebo effect," they are talking about the belief in the efficacy of the treatment.
Believing that a pill is of a curative composition benefits us physiologically, to the extent that confidence in our treatment plan is as important as the treatment itself.
The placebo effect from a personal development perspective is presented in the form of self-efficacy.
Self Efficacy is:
- self-belief irrespective of circumstance.
- assuming the limits of our capability do not exist.
- to persist in the course of action in the face of adversity and confusion.
