Epinephrine

The mind generates a chemical response that lives within our system.

It is the continuous accumulation and mismanagement of long-standing stress, anxiety and depression that fills our bodies with  harmful chemicals that are damaging to our health.

Negative emotions that we do work through, such as hurt, anger, blame or shame, produce an excess of epinephrine.

An excess of epinephrine in the body causes a chemical breakdown, reducing the immune system's effectiveness and its responses.

Adrenal Cortical

Links between stressful experiences and diseases can be found in the production of a stress-responsive adrenal cortical; this hormone suppresses immunological responses.

Fortunately, stress, anxiety, and depression are transient states when dealt with correctly.
